About the role
- Project Manager overseeing ERP implementation at Scopevisio, a leading cloud software provider in Germany. Driving complex projects and managing client relations to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project control & delivery
- Assume overall responsibility for planning, controlling and successfully delivering ERP implementation projects
- Manage multiple projects in parallel with varying durations and project phases
- Create and maintain project plans (timeline, budget, resources and milestones)
- Actively manage schedules, dependencies and project progress
- Ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance and project quality
- Identify risks early and initiate appropriate mitigation measures
- Responsible for change and escalation management
- Prepare decision documents and facilitate decision-making processes
- Project communication & collaboration
- Lead internal project teams from consulting, development and support
- Coordinate external project stakeholders on the client side
- Ensure clear and reliable communication with customers
- Plan and facilitate: kick-offs, workshops, status meetings and steering committees
- Prepare meaningful project status reports
- Facilitate decisions at the business unit and management level
Requirements
- Several years of project management experience (minimum 5 years)
- Preferably experience in ERP implementation projects
- Preferably experience with cloud or SaaS products
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to confidently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong prioritization skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of personal responsibility and ownership
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations
- German language skills at a minimum C1 level
- Basic understanding of business and financial concepts
