Responsibilities
- The Senior Finance Business Partner plays a strategic role in driving business performance by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support.
- Partnering with business leaders across functions, this role ensures alignment between financial planning and operational execution, delivering value through data-driven insights.
- Where there are gaps in processes, the Senior FBP will highlight them and provide potential solutions.
- Lead and manage critical finance transformation initiatives in the Performance Business Unit, ensuring alignment to the Finance objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems and develop and implement improvements.
- Production and analysis of departmental management accounts before presentations to CFO/Head of FP&A.
- Focus on Revenue, Delivery and sales opportunities including annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts.
Requirements
- 7+ Years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Experience business partnering Senior Leadership Teams
- Experience using large datasets, strong excel modelling and data driven skills
- Ideally experience of working within a marketing, digital or creative agency environment
