About the role
- Senior UI/UX Designer creating and maintaining design systems for Disney's AI platforms. Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
- Design intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systems
- Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions
- Ensure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teams
- Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices and apply them proactively
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications
- Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
- 4+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, nested components, and shared libraries
- Strong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Previous experience working on AI products/platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
