Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the compensation strategy for Disney Entertainment
Drive transformational change by ensuring competitive and equitable compensation programs
Direct and implement comprehensive compensation strategies and plans that align with Disney's overall business objectives
Lead and manage a team of compensation managers and professionals
Collaborate with DET Compensation Leadership to drive high-impact projects
Analyze market trends and data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
Collaborate with senior leaders to influence and drive compensation decisions
Oversee the administration of compensation programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation
Communicate compensation strategies and programs to stakeholders
Proactively assess and enhance compensation processes for efficiency.
Requirements
Master consulting skills and proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
Extensive experience in compensation strategy development and execution
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in compensation analysis and market data interpretation
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and ability to align compensation programs with business objectives

Strong organizational and project management skills.
7+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a compensation or related field.
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred Qualification & Experience).
