About the role

  • Creative Operations Specialist championing Workfront processes for Pods and Squads. Onboarding and supporting users while driving process improvements and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, and support new users on Pod/Squad processes.
  • Maintain templates, reports, and dashboards to track operational metrics.
  • Cascade enterprise-level process and system changes.
  • Provide first-line technical support and escalate issues as needed.
  • Keep process and template documentation current.
  • Stay up to date on Workfront releases; test and recommend new features for adoption.
  • Partner with Pods/Squads to refine workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Support onboarding of new groups into Workfront with training and templates.
  • Gather user feedback and share with the System Administrator for enterprise improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years with Workfront or similar project management tool.
  • Proven ability to create reports, dashboards, and templates.
  • Experience in training, onboarding, or process support.
  • Exposure to process improvement or workflow documentation preferred.
