About the role

  • Data Analyst enhancing the data-driven future for a leading wellness group by optimizing data flows and creating predictive models. Collaborating across departments to deliver effective BI insights and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You actively drive our data-driven future — by building, optimizing and automating data pipelines, models and AI applications.
  • You develop automated workflows and predictive models for departments such as Revenue Management, Marketing or Product — efficient, scalable and future-focused.
  • Using BI tools like Amazon QuickSuite, you create interactive dashboards that make complex relationships visible and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • You apply your SQL expertise to analyze complex databases, ensure data quality and provide solid foundations for decisions.
  • With Python you develop and test innovative applications — for example forecasting or probabilistic models that make business processes smarter and more efficient.
  • You act as a sparring partner for our business units — understand their goals, identify automation potential and collaborate to develop solutions that deliver real value.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Data Science, (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification — and have at least 2 years of experience in analytical roles.
  • You have basic SQL skills, initial practical experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and some experience in data modeling.
  • Python is one of your core tools. You are also familiar with QuickSuite or willing to work with AWS’s BI solution.
  • You can prepare and present complex technical topics in a clear and persuasive manner — internally and externally, in German and English.
  • You engage with stakeholders at eye level, spot opportunities in data and actively help shape the company’s data-driven future.
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and proactively contribute your know-how to the team — with curiosity, responsibility and a passion for data & innovation.
