Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the NI Commercial Team to achieve delivery of company budgets
Ensure the commercial team build strong relationships with key customers in all channels to aid delivery of the commercial plan across the full brand portfolio
Maximise margin delivery In line with agreed budgets
Manage and evaluate all promotional and JBP spend to drive maximum return on Investment
Work with Supply Chain to positively Influence Demand Planning, Inventory management and customer service levels
Work with marketing to ensure Implementation of all brand plans, Including targets for availability and visibility, within agreed Investment levels
Act as the NI point of contact with all Brand Principals
Manage all department costs In line with agreed budgets
Manage, motivate, and develop the team through effective communication and performance management
Requirements
Significant industry experience at a management level
Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills
FMCG experience essential and experience in food and drink an advantage
