About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design infrastructure architectures suited to constrained contexts (security, data sovereignty, performance)
  • Build and deploy infrastructures from scratch or as part of a rework/refactor
  • Promote the DevOps approach at the heart of the agile team (ceremonies, scoping, documentation)
  • Challenge technical choices to optimize cost, performance, and maintainability
  • Analyze faults and incidents to strengthen system robustness
  • Explain, document, and make complex technical decisions transparent and accessible
  • Provide on-the-job training to the team in DevOps best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SRE on on-premise or private cloud environments
  • Strong mastery of DevOps concepts and complex web architectures
  • Solid fundamentals in containerization and orchestration
  • Strong networking skills and Linux systems expertise
  • Ability to design and clearly articulate an architecture
  • High standards for quality, readability, and maintainability
