D365 F&O Finance Analyst supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform through application support and Finance process improvements. Collaborating with Finance stakeholders and IT teams while leading enhancements.
About the role
- Finance role ensuring financial health at Sicara within Theodo Data & AI. Involves collaboration with stakeholders and diverse financial analyses.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly financial reporting in collaboration with the external accounting firm
- Build and track the budget to meet revenue targets and control costs, working with department heads (HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Analyze financial KPIs (margin, EBITDA, revenue) and prepare forecasts for Sicara leadership and Theodo group
- Advise leaders on strategic matters, providing guidance on ROI and legal risks
- Ensure proper client contracting in collaboration with the Sales team
- Manage cash flow and minimize the risk of unpaid invoices
- Drive continuous improvement for the Finance function: automate tools and implement processes to save time and improve quality
- Ensure legal compliance and timely payment of taxes
- Maintain high-quality administrative operations (contracts, payroll, absence management, facilities, etc.) in collaboration with the Office Manager
Requirements
- You hold a degree from a top business school or a Master’s degree specialized in Finance
- You have initial professional experience in finance (consulting or audit firm) or in a similar role at a startup/scale-up
- You are curious and grounded in operations: your analyses are based on operational realities, and you are able to make proactive recommendations
- You have solid knowledge of accounting, financial regulations, and basic legal concepts
- You are comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets in your day-to-day work
