About the role
- Network Engineer managing Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM and Ivanti VPN services for The Hartford. Participating in complex troubleshooting and collaborating on network initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Manage and support Ivanti VPN platforms.
- Perform complex network troubleshooting.
- Support network monitoring, capacity planning, and DR infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network initiatives.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical network services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of network engineering experience
- Strong experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM
- Strong experience with Ivanti VPN
- Solid understanding of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, TCP/IP)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience in large, enterprise network environments.
