About the role
- Mobile Core Network Engineer managing Core Network elements for IoT Connectivity solutions at FloLIVE. Collaborating with partners and customers while addressing technical issues and developing new features.
Responsibilities
- Preparing requirements and design for integration with partners and customers.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Core Network elements (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Creating configurations in the Core network element for integrating with partners and customers of Flolive.
- Acting as the escalation point for the Support team (T3 and T4).
- Working with R&D to address issues and further feature/product development.
Requirements
- Experience with 2/3/4G networks, architecture, nodes, and call flows a MUST.
- Experience with telco protocols (SS7, Diameter, GTP, Radius, SMPP, HTTP) message flows, service, etc –MUST.
- Experience with Unix/Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS7) - MUST.
- Experience with bash - MUST.
- Experience with DB (MySQL) (replication plus).
- Experience with clustering, fault safe, and high availability.
- Experience with Wireshark, t-shark, packet captures, and analysis.
- Experience with virtualization, containers, docker, and K8s (good to have).
- Experience working and maintaining mission-critical services and environments.
- Proficient English.
