Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and data sources.
Translate requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner.
Partner with engineering, content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration.
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure that product releases meet quality standards and timelines.
Support go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, and launch coordination.
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to drive product adoption and performance.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
Use analytics and insights to optimize performance and inform future product decisions.
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from surveys, interviews, and user testing.
Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and shape future iterations.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Identify new opportunities and potential risks within the product domain.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in technology product development and delivery.
Proven ability to define and deliver product requirements based on research, data, and insights.
Previous experience within the iGaming or online sports industry is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and execution.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
Understanding of design and UX principles, and familiarity with product prototyping processes.
Technical proficiency and understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies.
Knowledge on Ad-serving platforms and AI tools is preferred.
