Responsibilities
- We're looking for A Senior Delivery Manager for our DCX Tribe.
- Accountable for the effective delivery of complex, high-risk products and services.
- Hands-on experience across a broad range of products and services, delivering throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Main point of escalation, accountable for the team’s output.
- Work hand in hand with our Product Managers and Technical Leads to meet commercial aims.
- Engage the wider community whilst coaching/mentoring other delivery managers.
- Help maintain delivery momentum at an Expert level, optimizing delivery flow of teams.
- Address complicated risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Identify innovative ways to unblock issues and coach teams in Agile and Lean practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating discussions about high risk and complexity.
- Identify and challenge organizational processes of increasing complexity.
Requirements
- Be an expert within the discipline
- Have strong communication skills and engage senior stakeholders
- Coach and mentor delivery managers
- Appropriate certification for both iterative and continuous delivery approaches from either Scrum Alliance, PMI, APMG, BCS, Kanban University or VFQ.
- Proven track record of delivery in both iterative and continuous delivery approaches.
