About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager for Kraft Heinz, executing sales plans and managing relationships with clients in Brazil. Leading high-performance sales team and ensuring performance against goals.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and execute the regional sales plan to achieve numeric and weighted targets for distribution, product listings, revenue, and profitability for KHC's portfolio.
  • Translate brand and channel priorities into account-specific commercial plans (assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, execution standards).
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with the regional team, ensuring alignment on joint business plans, service levels, and execution requirements.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities (new accounts, new listings, expansion with existing partners).
  • Own the regional performance cadence: track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide performance commentary (value/volume, distribution, margin, execution KPIs, as applicable).
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and lead regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders, including corrective action plans when deviations occur.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team: set clear objectives, training/coaching plans, field follow-up, and performance management.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development actions to strengthen selling skills and execution discipline.
  • Maintain a regular operational rhythm (daily/weekly check-ins) focused on priorities, pipeline, customer visits, and execution follow-up.
  • Coordinate the data required for month-end/year-end commercial close (as applicable): sales result confirmations, tracking provisions and expenses, and issue resolution with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent business field
  • Over 10 years of sales management experience in a corporate/FMCG environment (preferably in the Food & Beverage sector)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding regional sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams (minimum of 5 direct reports)
