About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI tools (Claude Code, Craft Agents, and other emerging tools) to rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate concepts
- Validate and refine AI-generated outputs, applying your judgment to ensure quality and appropriateness
- Move fast from concept to testable prototype, using AI to handle the repetitive execution while you focus on the creative and strategic decisions
Requirements
- Strong foundation in product design fundamentals: user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools: This is a must. We expect you to show personal projects created with or assisted by AI during the application process
- System thinking mindset: You naturally consider edge cases, various user states, and how components work together
- Communication skills: You can articulate design decisions, give and receive feedback constructively, and work transparently
