Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards through regular monitoring and inspections
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock control processes, and timely replenishment to meet business needs
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to enhance performance and engagement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including people management responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day logistics activities
- Strong background in supply chain planning, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvement
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and production-driven environments
- Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and waste-reduction practices within logistics operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in written & spoken English is mandatory
