About the role
- Product Design Authority responsible for implementing product strategies and client relationships at Thales. Managing technical solutions and ensuring performance objectives in defense and aerospace.
Responsibilities
- Implement the PLA product policy across contracted projects, both internally and with the client
- Act as the technical interface to the client
- Define technical solutions in accordance with industrial and service requirements
- Ensure QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance objectives are met throughout the product lifecycle
- Advise the PLA on the development of product policies and solution roadmaps
Requirements
- Significant experience in defense and/or aerospace, mobility systems and C2
- Strong knowledge of VTS-FR products and operational use cases
- Familiarity with developments based on data modeling, simulation, IVVQ, RAMST and pyrotechnics
- Professional proficiency in English
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to propose solutions
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams beyond hierarchical boundaries
- Strong customer orientation
