Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for CMS-based projects, acting as a servant leader and Agile coach.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and digital teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Manage and maintain product backlogs, sprint plans, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with UX, content, development, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CMS releases.
- Support roadmap planning and incremental delivery of CMS enhancements and features.
- Drive a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of overall experience, with strong Scrum Master experience on CMS platforms such as Optimizely CMS or similar.
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile delivery and reporting.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and digital application delivery lifecycles.
- Experience working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
