About the role

  • Investment Advisor managing digital asset investment strategies for High-Net-Worth Individuals and Institutional clients. Translating market opportunities into actionable, tailored investments across the cryptocurrency sector.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) and Institutional clients, translating complex market opportunities into tailored investment strategies.
  • Develop and execute tailored investment strategies covering Digital Assets (Blue Chips, Altcoins) and Tokenized Assets (RWAs) based on individual risk profiles.
  • Provide expert guidance on portfolio diversification, analyzing correlations between crypto and traditional markets.
  • Evaluate DeFi and yield-generating opportunities (Staking, Lending) while maintaining a strict focus on technical security and risk-reward ratios.
  • Translate high-level analysis from the Research Department into trade recommendations and proactive investment ideas.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging narratives (Layer-2s, AI, RWAs), filtering market "noise" to identify long-term value for clients.
  • Generate and document mandatory Suitability Statements for all recommendations in compliance with MiCA frameworks.
  • Ensure transparent communication regarding volatility, liquidity, and the specific technological risks of digital assets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and regular performance reviews.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandatory: CySEC Advanced Certificate.
  • Preferred: CFA, CAIA, or specialized crypto designations (e.g., CDAA, CBP).
  • 3–5 years in Investment Advisory, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and infrastructure (CEX/DEX, Custody).
  • Solid grasp of the MiCA framework and its practical implications for investment advice.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex on-chain data with macroeconomic trends.
  • A strong ethical compass and a fiduciary-first mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
