About the role

  • Content Manager optimizing proposal content libraries for TELUS Health. Collaborating with teams to enhance bid efficiency and quality in Retirement and Benefits Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a centralized content library of proposal responses, frequently used exhibit items, case studies, capability statements
  • Create and enforce content governance standards, templates, and style guides for all proposal materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling, accurate, and reusable content
  • Manage the content lifecycle, setting priorities and establishing regular reviews, updates, and archiving of outdated materials
  • Support bid teams by providing relevant, tailored content and ensuring brand consistency across all proposals
  • Analyze RFP trends and frequently requested information to proactively develop content assets
  • Utilize generative AI platforms for content creation, editing, optimization, research, and competitive analysis
  • Implement quality control processes for AI-assisted content
  • Measure and report on AI-driven efficiency gains and ROI
  • Facilitate, train, and support bid teams on content best practices and system usage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in content management or knowledge management, specifically in RFP/proposal environments, preferably in B2B or professional services
  • Experience with content management systems, proposal automation tools, and collaboration platforms
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content development and optimization
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content development projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of proposal development processes and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify content trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
