Responsibilities
Act as a trusted learning partner for sales stakeholders, understanding their priorities and competence needs
Deliver and facilitate learning activities, including onboarding for new joiners, conferences, and competence development for existing employees
Translate business, performance, and capability needs into practical, scalable sales learning solutions that are continuous, not event-based
Apply AI-based solutions to improve existing learning tools and processes, and help shape new ones
Bring and apply new learning trends and methodologies
Review calls and service interactions and consult the business on sales and customer service standards (industry specific knowledge can be learned)
Define KPIs, use data and insights to guide decisions, and measure learning impact
Requirements
Proven experience in learning, competence development, learning methodologies & design
Background in sales, telco environment is a strong advantage
Confidence in delivering and facilitating learning sessions with different audiences
Strong stakeholder mindset and ability to balance different needs and expectations
Ownership mentality and comfort working independently
Hands-on experience with digital tools, automation or AI-enabled learning solutions is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Lithuanian & English
