About the role

  • Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise email and chat communications infrastructure. Administers IT infrastructure areas including security, project management, and general support.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, implements, operates, and maintains the enterprise’s on-premises and cloud-based email and chat communications infrastructure.
  • Administers the systems of one or more of the following IT Infrastructure areas: E-Mail Environment, Project Management, Automation, Performance Monitoring, and Reporting, Security, Directory Services, Domain Registration and Domain Name Services, IT Infrastructure Policy, Process and Standards, General Support.
  • Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related field and 5 - 10 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing enterprise email.
  • Intermediate knowledge and in-depth experience with the following: Windows Server O/S, Certificates, etc. , Server Infrastructure Technologies, Virtualization technologies, AntiVirus software, Networking, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID services, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Single Sign On, Email security technologies, Powershell script development, Microsoft Unified Messaging, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
