Internship role providing technical support for software users at Teknisa. Assist customers in resolving technical issues while gaining practical experience in a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Gain practical experience providing customer support to users of our software and help them resolve technical issues or answer their questions
Assist in analyzing customer requests, identifying problems or questions
Learn to determine the resources required to operate support services
Log actions related to ticket resolutions in the system
Keep the customer regularly updated on ticket status
Provide information about open tickets
Participate in technical and behavioral (soft-skills) training whenever provided.
Requirements
Availability for 6 hours per day
Enrolled in a technical program or undergraduate studies in IT, Logistics, Business Administration, Nutrition, or related fields
Familiarity with the Windows operating system
Strong written communication skills
Ability to solve problems efficiently and work under pressure
Self-confidence
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
