Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs related to geospatial information systems.
- Gather and document functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Produce detailed functional analyses for geomatics solutions.
- Define business rules and processes related to geospatial data management.

- Collaborate with architects and development teams to implement solutions.

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (Baccalauréat universitaire) in geomatics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in development or maintenance of IT systems using a relational DBMS.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with geomatics systems.
- Significant experience in functional analysis for geospatial system projects.
- At least two (2) years of experience with a structured development methodology (Agile, Lean, Waterfall or equivalent).
- At least one (1) year of experience with the FME tool.
- Demonstrated solid understanding of geospatial system architectures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
