About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct usability research and user interviews
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, validating hypotheses with stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System by creating and documenting components

- Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to align priorities
- Produce handoff documentation in Confluence, Notion and Jira
- Participate in usability testing and analysis of digital experience metrics
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Strong knowledge of UX Research and UI Design
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, component creation and collaboration)
- Experience with Design Systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Good communication skills with both technical and business teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI or related fields
- Portfolio with projects applied to digital products (required)
