About the role
- Senior Director leading Clinical Engagement and Delivery at Teckro, improving clinical trial efficiency. Recruiting and managing high-performing teams while advising on operational enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage high performing Clinical Engagement and Delivery teams
- Create and deliver a portfolio of profitable services that deliver value to our customers and provide a competitive advantage for Teckro
- Proactively identify enhancements, improvements or changes in the delivery of our services
- Working closely with Teckro teams to ensure customer engagement and retention
- Actively participate in account strategy and management with the sales team to acquire and retain customers
- Work closely with Product Management to assess market opportunities for new products and to enhance our platform to address current and future customer requirements
- Mentor and Coach the Senior Leadership team in Clinical Operations to drive efficiencies
- Advise CEO on operational enhancement and improvements
- Serves as key point of contact between CEO and operational Senior Leaders
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as the role requires
Requirements
- 10+ years’ clinical experience in Clinical Engagement and delivery operating at a Senior level
- Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant discipline
- Must have proven experience in CRO/pharma companies
- Experience with clinical vendors or clinical technology an advantage
- Strong project management experience
- Strong customer experience skills
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal/people skills
- Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
- Proven track record of thought leadership
