About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead and point of contact for project and IT teams
- Work across the AI project lifecycle: ideation, experimentation/prototyping, and production/industrialization
- Define and promote AI technical standards and best practices
- Provide AI technical expertise and challenge architectural decisions
- Select and oversee the use of LLMs
- Ensure scalability, robustness, and interoperability of AI models
- Contribute to defining environmental key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Propose and supervise the implementation of technical and methodological improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an AI Tech Lead, Lead Data Engineer, or Senior ML Engineer
- Strong knowledge of AI project processes
- Good knowledge of compliance standards (AI ethics, the AI Act, GDPR)
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI architectures in production
- Demonstrated expertise with generative AI models
- In-depth knowledge of GPU infrastructure
- Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java
