About the role
- Legal Intern assisting operational departments in obtaining administrative authorizations and managing land use for renewable energy projects. Collaborating closely with external service providers in supporting legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice in public law and land law
- Contribute to the preparation of legal knowledge documents
- Conduct land title verifications and property checks
- Contribute to ensuring compliance of deeds drafted by notaries
- Monitor administrative and contentious appeals against planning authorizations
- Monitor legal developments in urban planning and renewable energy law
- Participate in legal department meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree (Master II or equivalent) in Public Law, Environmental Law, Energy Law, or Urban Planning and Construction Law
- Trainee lawyer (PPI internship) preferred
- Curious, meticulous, organized
- Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector
- Ability to work in a project-based environment
- Proven drafting and writing skills
