About the role

  • Legal Intern assisting operational departments in obtaining administrative authorizations and managing land use for renewable energy projects. Collaborating closely with external service providers in supporting legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice in public law and land law
  • Contribute to the preparation of legal knowledge documents
  • Conduct land title verifications and property checks
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance of deeds drafted by notaries
  • Monitor administrative and contentious appeals against planning authorizations
  • Monitor legal developments in urban planning and renewable energy law
  • Participate in legal department meetings

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Master II or equivalent) in Public Law, Environmental Law, Energy Law, or Urban Planning and Construction Law
  • Trainee lawyer (PPI internship) preferred
  • Curious, meticulous, organized
  • Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector
  • Ability to work in a project-based environment
  • Proven drafting and writing skills
