About the role

  • Executing project planning and control activities for TechnipFMC's small to medium complexity projects. Collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure schedule integrity and compliance with company requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing planning and control activities on projects or proposals with a low to medium degree of complexity and value, and/or of medium strategic importance to the company.
  • Support SPS projects in developing schedules, ensuring alignment with the assumptions defined during the Tender phase and compliance with company requirements;
  • Prepare reports in P6 (critical path, S-curve, float variations, among others), following internal procedures;
  • Analyze project performance using P6 reports, develop scenario studies and propose solutions to mitigate risks;
  • Lead meetings with project, engineering and materials planning teams, ensuring the integrity of schedule information;
  • Monitor all schedule activities, ensuring that indicators are within the metrics established by the planning discipline.
  • Implement adjustments in P6 according to demands identified by the project team and materials planning;
  • Support teams in creating reports, scenario analysis, risk identification and definition of action plans;
  • Participate in and contribute to the company's safety, environmental and quality programs;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Production Engineering;
  • Experience in project planning in the oil & gas industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP (PP and MM modules) and Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Lean Manufacturing is desirable;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • CREA (professional engineering registration) is mandatory.
