About the role

  • Manage escalated customer trouble tickets while interfacing with off-net carriers. Provide technical solutions and maintain customer network configurations with great focus on the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage escalated tickets from Tier 1/2 and install groups
  • Act as an escalation point for managed services customers
  • Interface with off-net carriers to drive escalated issues
  • Perform adjustments to customer networks as needed
  • Ensure customer configurations are up to date
  • Maintain and create technical documentation of processes and procedures
  • Act as a knowledge resource to Tier 1/2 and install teams
  • Regular attendance and ability to work variable schedules and overtime as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with managed service providers
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Technical troubleshooting experience
