About the role

  • Commercial Proposals Specialist at Tecban developing competitive commercial proposals and interacting with multiple departments. Ensuring technical quality and facilitating internal negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial proposals, ensuring technical quality, SLA compliance and competitiveness.
  • Prepare commercial proposals by collaborating with multiple areas: Sales, Product, Pricing, Operations, Procurement and IT, to build customized solutions and act as a facilitator for internal negotiations.
  • Conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses, aligned with the Sales team.
  • Participate in pricing and margin validation.
  • Prepare presentations and contracts.
  • Ensure all proposals follow the established Salesforce process, with proper recording of stages and proposal ID.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Office suite: intermediate Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication and relationship-building with internal teams.
  • Commitment to deadlines and quality.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of the financial market is a plus.
