Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives
Gather, document, and prioritize requirements and service expectations
Collaborate with delivery teams to plan, execute, and continuously improve solutions or services
Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution
Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams
Promote adoption and continuous improvement of delivered solutions or services
Maintain clear, accessible, and reusable documentation
Lead or support team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth, when applicable
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed (IT-related fields are a plus)
Solid experience with IT systems
Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements
Familiarity with delivery processes, project management methodologies, or service management practices
Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools
Basic understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, or operational workflows
Experience with ongoing application monitoring and issue resolution
Knowledge of incident management tools, such as ServiceNow, for application support
Advanced English for meetings, presentations, and user support.
