About the role

  • Social Media role at Teamsoft developing marketing strategies and creating engaging content. Involved in planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead strategic marketing planning, defining objectives, positioning, editorial lines and content pillars aligned with the company’s business goals. Structure strategies for growth, engagement and conversion, connecting organic initiatives and, when applicable, paid campaigns.
  • Structure and organize the posting calendar considering campaigns, seasonality and communication goals.
  • Actively participate in events, meetings, behind-the-scenes activities and other opportunities to record material (photos, videos, testimonials) that can be transformed into digital content.
  • Create, schedule and publish creative and relevant content aligned with the brand’s positioning.
  • Support the production of copy, images, videos, reels and stories adapted for each social network.
  • Monitor interactions, respond to comments and messages, and strengthen relationships with followers.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and produce periodic reports.
  • Identify opportunities and propose new creative approaches based on social media trends.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, analysts and the product team to ensure consistency in digital communication.

  • Experience managing social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube), with an understanding of each channel’s audience, formats and objectives.
  • Knowledge of marketing planning, including definition of personas, positioning, value proposition, customer journey and communication funnel.
  • Experience supporting and organizing in-person events and promotional activities, including promotion, digital coverage and strategic use of content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and media teams to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with creative brief development and directing graphic assets and institutional materials.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and monitoring tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, mLabs or similar).
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics (engagement, leads, conversions, CAC and ROI) and generate strategic recommendations.
  • Strategic writing and copywriting skills, adapting language for branding, relationship or sales purposes.
  • Organizational skills and a systemic view to connect social media with other marketing fronts such as landing pages, email marketing, paid media, events and commercial initiatives.
