About the role

  • Talent Manager owning recruitment for business areas at global marketing agency TEAM LEWIS. Driving proactive sourcing and supporting onboarding, enhancing employer brand and talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end regional recruitment for all business areas (Client Services, Creative, Digital, Production, Finance, etc.) acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the People Team
  • Drive proactive sourcing, manage recruitment processes, and support wider talent programmes that strengthen employer brand
  • Responsible for onboarding of new joiners, working closely with the wider people team
  • Build pipelines for candidates across PR, digital and marketing at all levels
  • Support full cycle recruitment from outreach through to contract signing and onboarding
  • Identify and build relationships with talent at all levels across the region
  • Reduce recruitment agency costs by sourcing candidates directly for all roles
  • Build a flexible, skilled pool of freelancers
  • Contribute to and take part in initiatives created with the global talent team
  • Monitor industry recruitment and talent trends
  • Promote and help nurture an excellent culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience in in-house recruitment/talent acquisition (or agency experience with strong stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery)
  • Ability to recruit across a range of roles (ideally including some mix of creative, digital, marketing, production or corporate functions)
  • Strong stakeholder management — confident advising hiring managers
  • Excellent sourcing capability and comfort with proactive outreach/headhunting
  • Experience using an ATS and hiring tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and TeamTailor)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple live roles
  • Confident communicator with a candidate-first mindset
  • Data-aware approach: able to use hiring metrics to improve processes
