About the role
- SiteOps Software Engineer with TD SYNNEX focusing on stability and operational excellence, resolving production system issues with a strong emphasis on collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve production bugs and incidents across existing platforms
- Analyse root causes and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence
- Work with architects and senior engineers to define technical solutions for defects
- Build, test, and deploy fixes in line with engineering and operational standards
- Create and execute unit, integration, and regression tests related to bug fixes
- Participate in code reviews with a focus on quality, stability, and maintainability
- Support incident resolution in collaboration with SiteOps, DevOps, Security, and Development teams
- Improve monitoring, logging, and operational practices to reduce future incidents
- Contribute to documentation and operational knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience supporting or developing existing web applications using C# / .NET
- Strong understanding of C# (.NET Framework), ASP.NET MVC, and REST APIs
- Experience working with production incidents and defect resolution
- Good understanding of microservices-based systems
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (operational level)
- Experience with testing practices related to bug fixing and regression prevention
- Comfortable working in incident-driven environments
- Fluent in English
