About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of business objectives and values alongside application capabilities
- Facilitate Pod Intake Triage meetings
- Identify dependencies, engage and track all internal and external partners

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 6–8 years of experience as a BSA or similar hybrid Business Analyst/System Analyst role
- Advanced understanding of Distributed application capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Hands-on experience preferred
- Understanding/Working knowledge of API
- Experience with SQL
- Working knowledge of Oracle DB
- Proficiency in writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA using Gherkin language
- Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments
