About the role
- Business Systems Analyst II at TD providing guidance on learning management applications and supporting business processes. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and support system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized business application and system management guidance and support for learning management
- Gather and refine business requirements with Learning team Business Partners and Vendors
- Support business process documentation and user support of the application
- Manage functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide BAU support: assist with incoming Intakes and break-fix issues
- Identify actions, workarounds, and/or required configuration changes to resolve or address issues
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of how the Workday Recruiting platform operates
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- 2-3 years relevant experience in providing front-end (config) and back-end solutioning
- Strong knowledge and experience with Workday (WD) platform (HCM)
- Workday configuration experience
- Strong LMS knowledge and experience: Degreed, SumTotal and Thrive configuration
- Integration knowledge and experience including working with Vendors (i.e. form layouts, data transfer protocols)
- Experience working in a Waterfall environment and Agile Delivery (Scrum and Kanban)
- Experience with the following tools: JIRA and Confluence
- Basic understanding of business supported
