About the role
- Software Developer in Energy IT M7 Trading developing trading systems for 24/7 power trading. Collaborating with stakeholders and on-boarding new technologies to enhance trading systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing highly performant energy M7 Trading platform
- On-boarding new technologies and pushing significant changes and initiatives within your product.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to refine, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Identify solutions and develop them from their initial design stage all the way through to production.
Requirements
- Core: Java (we currently use Java 17) or Kotlin
- Core framework: Spring Framework 5+
- Database: SQL (ideally PostgreSQL)
- Persistence: Hibernate
- Middleware: AMQP (ideally RabbitMQ) or JMS
- Versioning: Git
