About the role

  • Marketing & CRM Manager supporting community engagement through newsletters and social media for Merchant Inspiration. Engaging with stakeholders and enhancing community relationships in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • You actively help shape how our community is informed, engaged and kept connected over the long term.
  • Your work ensures content remains relevant, communication feels personal and our formats continuously improve.
  • You support the development of our communication and CRM strategies with the goal of systematically strengthening relationships with participants, prospects and partners.
  • You create and send newsletters and participant communications around our events, ensuring information is clear, relevant and delivered at the right time.
  • You refine our email communications (e.g., for the Ambassador Circle) in terms of structure, tone and quality.
  • You manage our social media channels (LinkedIn & Instagram) and strengthen community bonds through authentic content.
  • You produce content assets (e.g., graphics in Canva) that make our content visually understandable and recognisable.
  • You maintain and update website content as well as our event app so information remains current, consistent and easy to find.
  • You support building new content formats (e.g., blog, knowledge formats) to share expertise with the community.
  • You help with the structured setup and maintenance of contacts, content and communication lists in the CRM so communication remains scalable and personalised.
  • You test new communication channels and formats to continuously develop reach, visibility and relevance.
  • You support collaboration with media and event partners and help expand visibility and our network.

Requirements

  • You are eager to take responsibility and actively contribute to shaping content.
  • You have initial practical experience or a strong interest in marketing, communications and/or CRM.
  • You work in a structured way and enjoy keeping content, data and processes well maintained.
  • You have very good written German (English is a plus).
  • You are interested in e-commerce, events and community topics.
  • You are confident using digital tools (e.g., Google Docs, Canva, Notion, Klaviyo — you will learn additional tools with us).
  • You work independently, reliably and carefully.
  • You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative and a desire to actively drive things forward and find pragmatic solutions.
