Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ideally 5+ years of successful program management experience leading large complex cross-org projects.
- Experience in software, ideally security, IT ops, or AI
- Experience in creating processes and improving processes
- Excellent Program and Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation)
- Leadership and influence skills.
- Excellent business and financial acumen
- PMP certification preferred.
