About the role
- Analyzing legal compliance and managing transactional processes for onboarding in financial services. Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure efficient documentation execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage transactional processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of transactions
- Creation, review, negotiation and management of legal documents such as loan agreements
- Development and implementation of transaction processes and procedures
- Pro-active identification, communication, and provision of legal advice on applicable laws, rules and regulations
Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent professional experience in finance, legal operations, financial services, or a related discipline
- Ability to manage high-volume documentation and onboarding workflows with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with financial systems or the ability to quickly learn and interpret new platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
