About the role

  • Analyzing legal compliance and managing transactional processes for onboarding in financial services. Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure efficient documentation execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage transactional processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of transactions
  • Creation, review, negotiation and management of legal documents such as loan agreements
  • Development and implementation of transaction processes and procedures
  • Pro-active identification, communication, and provision of legal advice on applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Higher education or equivalent professional experience in finance, legal operations, financial services, or a related discipline
  • Ability to manage high-volume documentation and onboarding workflows with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with financial systems or the ability to quickly learn and interpret new platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
