About the role

  • Business Agility Partner providing Agile coaching and support for teams across various Business Units. Guiding teams to embrace Agile methodologies and enhance performance while working in transformation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working
  • Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution
  • Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practices

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, management practices, and tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High adaptability and resilience
  • Change management and delivery experience
  • Proven ability to balance data-driven decision-making with strategic goals
  • Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Navigator)
