About the role

• Senior Softwaretester developing scalable, stable test automation with AI-supported processes. Collaborating with QA team and refining testing frameworks at OneQrew in Germany.

Responsibilities

• You will expand our test automation with a clear focus on scalability, stability and AI‑supported methods in a sustainable way.
• At the same time you will support our existing QA team operationally and lift the quality of our products to the next level.
• You will work primarily with automated tests (E2E, integration, regression); manual testing is used only complementarily.
• You will take responsibility for the design, expansion and maintenance of our test automation frameworks.
• In addition, you will actively use AI for test case generation, failure analysis, test data and to improve test coverage.
• You will work closely with development, product management and DevOps.
• You will also provide technical support and coaching to the existing QA team (currently 5 testers).
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the design of test strategies, standards and best practices.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience as a Senior Software Tester / QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer.
• You also bring very strong practical experience in test automation (e.g. Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, API testing).
• You have experience building maintainable and scalable test architectures.
• Additionally, you can demonstrate practical AI experience in software testing.
• You have a very good technical understanding of software architectures, APIs, databases and CI/CD pipelines.
• You also have experience working in agile development teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• You are characterized by a strong quality mindset as well as a structured and self‑directed way of working.
• You also enjoy sharing knowledge within the team.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1).
