About the role
- Quality Engineer ensuring PCB assembly process and quality control for Supermicro's advanced server and storage solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for quality improvement and risk assessment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for PCBA process output and quality yield; need to perform risk assessment and cooperate with function teams for quality control.
- Cooperation with cross function team to ensure smooth model ramp up.
- Plan and coordinate CIP projects.
- Guide CM to enhance inspection coverage.
- Take lead of function failure analysis and CAPA execution.
- Support quality improvement events to plan and validate corrective action result.
- Responsible for component issue handling, including PCB.
- Basic circuit troubleshooting and analysis is a plus.
Requirements
- BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process or related fields would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection is a plus.
- English, Mandarin.
