- Technical analysis of product concepts and products from competitors
- Support of quality control, supply chain, product management, production and sales in technical questions
- Support of the head of product development vales in the further development of the team and processes.
- Analysis of cost and quality aspects
- Definition product testing and support of technical lab in the realization of tests
- Development of production and test procedures
- Technical assessment and feasibility studies of product ideas and market requirements
- Support of other departments in: • The creation of functional specifications, assembly instructions, installation instructions, operating instructions• The development and design of tools and aids for assembly.• Releasing raw materials (Quality-Control)• Cost and quality optimization (Supply Chain)
Requirements
- University degree as mechanical engineer
- > 5 years of experience as developer of mechanical components
- Deep knowledge in production processes for metal and plastic parts
- Good experience with 3D CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks)
- Fluent in German and English
- Good collaboration in teams
- Experience with project tools like FMEAs, specification sheets, Microsoft software
- Experience with FEM and CFD simulations
- Experience in project management
- Preferred:
- Experience with applications in hydraulic systems
- Basic knowledge with mechatronic systems
- Experience with material analysis
