Product Manager redefining digital payments in the pharmacy industry. Leading product initiatives for payment solutions with a focus on scalability and user experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the payments product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive scalability, user experience, and value for our pharmacy partners.
Own the full lifecycle of payment-related products, including digital wallets, card processing, ACH, payments reconciliation, and reporting tools.
Translate pharmacy specific cases (e.g. copay collections, reimbursement flows, multi-party payments) into scalable product features and integrations.
Partner with PMS systems, switch networks, and third-party payment processors to drive forward strategic integrations and compliance.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and deliver features that align with patient and pharmacy needs.
Guide implementation and post-launch evaluation of new payment functionality, including performance metrics and usability feedback loops.
Contribute to internal documentation, cross-functional enablement, and customer facing guides and FAQs.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA), and innovations in pharmacy and healthcare payments.
Champion the voice of the pharmacy customer community, independent, and enterprise level across all product decisions.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on digital payments from end to end.
Deep understanding of payments technology, including payment processing, card networks, digital wallets, banking partners and security standards.
Proven ability to lead technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong technical fluency in APIs, data mapping, and agile development principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Collaborative spirit with a bias for action and a commitment for solving real-world problems for pharmacy operators and their patients.
Experience launching payment solutions.
Bonus experience working in a highly regulated industry, FinTech company, vertically integrated (or horizontal) SAAS company with payment capabilities or at a payment processor.
