About the role

  • Supply Chain Operations Systems Manager overseeing Warehouse Management Systems for Guest Worldwide. Managing system integrity, leading implementations, and supporting operational efficiency in the distribution network.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert and primary technical support for Supply Chain Systems (WMS, TMS, LMS)
  • Ensures operational system integrity through setup, configuration, code promotion, and control processes
  • Monitors system performance, performs maintenance and backups as needed
  • Serves as project lead for systems implementations and leads User Acceptance Testing
  • Interfaces with Operations staff to review procedures and maximize efficiencies
  • Coordinates with Information Technology to resolve upstream/downstream systems issues
  • Provides regular communication to Operations and internal departments on operational matters
  • Establishes root cause analysis and manages technical resolution pipeline
  • Designs and develops tools for analyzing operational activities
  • Conducts feasibility analysis on processes and equipment
  • Calculates cost/benefit and business impact and proposes solutions
  • Investigates and recommends new technologies and information systems
  • Identifies areas for improving service levels, reducing costs, and enhancing operations
  • Develops standardized and ad hoc reporting for site, management and customers
  • Serves as site expert on WMS logic and functionality
  • Trains Operations team on using WMS and related systems
  • Ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6 years with exceptional Tier-1 Warehouse Management Systems experience (High Jump preferred)
  • 2-4 years’ experience working with ERP technical functionality (Microsoft Dynamics Preferred)
  • Systems implementation and systems project management experience preferred.
