About the role
- Working student supporting tech and data team in developing and optimizing AI models for industry. Collaborating on training pipelines and data management while gaining industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Support in training and testing AI models (including assembling and balancing datasets, as well as launching, monitoring, and analyzing training runs).
- Implement experiments and conduct benchmark tests.
- Develop internal tools to optimize training processes.
- Contribute to the development of our ML workflows and infrastructure.
- Closely collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers on ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable technical degree program.
- Interest in hands-on AI development.
- Initial experience with Python and training PyTorch models (ideally in image recognition).
- Structured, analytical working style and attention to clean data.
- Very good English skills and strong communication ability.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with personal responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and flexibility.
- Proactive and reliable — even in complex situations.
- Team player with a strong drive for responsibility and ownership.
