About the role
- Responsible for the entire contract process in collaboration with Project Leads and Customers at Syneos Health. Ensuring accurate execution and compliance with contractual terms.
Responsibilities
- Owns and manages the contracts and change order process
- Works proactively with Project Leads and Business Development
- Drives identified corporate targets and departmental goals
- Identifies project and/or individual contract-related risks
- Maintains ownership of and manages contract process
- Negotiates and prepares contracts and related documents
- Analyzes and validates contract changes
- Communicates contractual issues to internal parties
- Drives quarterly contracting targets
- Develops internal stakeholder relationships
- Updates and maintains records in CRM and Contract Management Systems
- Evaluates contracts for completeness and accuracy
- Maintains a high level of flexibility
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a Business Administration, Finance or Legal field
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in contract drafting or contracts management
- Customer-centric, self-motivated, and proactive
