Responsibilities
- Powers global rewards strategy through analytics, data integrity, process excellence and partnership
- Partner closely with Compensation team and Delivery Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful analyses
- Utilize Workday (Advanced Compensation), PayFactors, Excel, and data analytics tools to drive automation, consistency, and insight
- Analyze market data, internal pay structures, and compensation trends
- Prepare compensation models, dashboards, and visualizations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively recommend actions
- Participate in annual compensation cycles ensuring flawless execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation processes
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of compensation or rewards analytics experience within a global enterprise environment
- Strong proficiency in Workday (Advanced Compensation preferred), Excel, and analytical tools
- familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage large data volumes with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify emerging patterns, and bring forward recommendations that improve compensation outcomes
